Preheat the oven to 350 and prepare a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Set to the side
Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl. Set to the side.
Mix the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large bowl until smooth. Then, add in the eggs, followed by the vanilla. Mix until smooth.
Add the flour mixture with the butter mixture, using a whisk to measure until smooth.
Remove about a quarter of the dough and place it in a small bowl with the cocoa powder. Use a rubber spatula to fold the cocoa powder into the dough.
Add the chocolate cookie dough back to the large bowl, along with the chocolate chips and the frozen raspberries. Use a rubber spatula to fold everything in.
Use a cookie dough scoop to scoop out the batter. Place the cookie dough balls on the prepared sheet, about 6 cookies at a time. Bake the cookies for about 10 minutes, until the edges are firm. Repeat with the remaining dough.
Let the cookies slightly cool on the cookie sheet before moving to a cooling rack.
