Ingredients

  • 10 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 ¼ cups brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips

Equipment

  • 8x8-inch baking pan
  • Parchment Paper
  • mixing bowls
  • Measuring spoons

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°. Prepare an 8x8 baking dish with grease or parchment. Set to the side.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the brown sugar, egg, vanilla, and salt. Whisk to combine. Add the butter once it has cooled down.
  3. Fold in the flour and cornstarch, followed by the cranberries and white chocolate chips.
  4. Using a spatula, add the blondie batter to the pan. The dough will be very sticky, don't worry. You can use a spatula to pat it down flat or some parchment paper to flatten it down.
  5. Bake for 35-45 minutes. The blondies will be done when they are not gooey in the middle.
