Preheat the oven to 350 and prepare an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper. Set to the side.
In a large bowl, whisk together the cooled meted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, egg, vanilla, and salt. Mix until combined and the batter is light brown in color.
Add in the flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix with a whisk until there are no more streaks.
Fold in the chocolate eggs using a rubber spatula.
Add the batter to the prepared pan. Add the cut chocolate creme eggs to the pan, distributing them evenly. Top with more chocolate eggs if desired.
Bake the blondies in the oven for 30-40 minutes, until the blondies start to pull away from the pan.
Let the blondies cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
