Funfetti Blondies

Ingredients
  

  • 10 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 ¼ cups brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • ½ cup sprinkles
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 and prepare an 8x8 pan with parchment paper. Set to the side.
  2. Mix the melted butter, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla in a large bowl. Then, add in the flour, salt, and cornstarch. Use a rubber spatula to combine the dry ingredients with the wet. Fold in the sprinkles and white chocolate chips.
  3. Scoop the batter into the prepared pan. Top the batter with extra sprinkles and white chocolate chips if desired.
  4. Bake the blondies in the oven for 20-25 minutes. The blondies will start to pull away from the edges of the pan when done. Let the brownies cool on a cooling rack for about 15 minutes.
