- Preheat the oven to 350 and prepare an 8x8 pan with parchment paper. Set to the side.
- Mix the melted butter, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla in a large bowl. Then, add in the flour, salt, and cornstarch. Use a rubber spatula to combine the dry ingredients with the wet. Fold in the sprinkles and white chocolate chips.
- Scoop the batter into the prepared pan. Top the batter with extra sprinkles and white chocolate chips if desired.
- Bake the blondies in the oven for 20-25 minutes. The blondies will start to pull away from the edges of the pan when done. Let the brownies cool on a cooling rack for about 15 minutes.
