Prepare a sheet pan with parchment paper and set to the side.
Crush the Oreo cookies. Use a food processor or place the Oreos in a plastic bag and crush them using a rolling pin. Set to the side.
Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or in the microwave in increments. If using a bar of chocolate, chop it into chunks before melting it.
Grab the prepared cookie sheet and begin pouring the melted semi-sweet chocolate on the parchment. Use a spoon or an offset spatula to spread it out smoothly. Spread out the Oreo cookies and place the chocolate in the fridge to set.
After the Oreo layer is frozen, repeat the same steps with the remaining chocolate. Before placing the final layer in the freezer, sprinkle the top with the candy hearts and sprinkles.
Place in the freezer for about 1 hour before cutting. When cutting the bark, run your knife under warm water to get an easier cut.
